This website is operated by Michelin Support Services. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. The shop is browse-and-enquire
You can add items to a basket and request a quote, but no transaction is concluded online. We will reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and pricing, and complete the order by phone or email.
3. Returns and warranty
Refurbished units carry a 12-month return-to-base warranty. New spare parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Defective items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement at our option.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit liability). Subject to that, our maximum liability under or in connection with any product purchased through us is limited to the price you paid.
5. Governing law
English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
